Dune Allen Beach has 5 public beach access points all within walking distance.

Nestled beside Santa Rosa Beach Country Club/golf course, Oyster Lake, and the Gulf of Mexico this Charming Florida style beach house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with three living areas. Fully equipped kitchen.

1 king size master bedroom on second floor with 4 piece en suite bathroom w/large jetted bathtub, and walk in shower.

3 queen size bedrooms, two are on the second floor and one in the tower suite.

2nd floor queen bedrooms share their own hall bathroom.

1 queen bedroom on third floor w/private en suite bathroom with nice private sitting area and big views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Home has easy walkable beach access and great area restaurants. Walk to Shunk Gulley to grab a bite or dip your toes in the gulf. We recommend watching the sunset from the third floor deck or sitting room; it's absolutely stunning. Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash should be removed and placed in the Large Gray Trash bin. The bin should be taken to the curb and placed near the mail boxes at the front of the subdivision please.
Bed sheets should be stripped and towels should be left in the bathrooms. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Owner has the right to cancel any booking without refund, if the traveler / renter does not sign and abide by the rental agreement.
Check-Out - strip beds, place used towels in bathrooms, load dirty dishes to dishwasher. Extra cleaning $90 fee applies for failure to comply.
Check-Out - Trash must be moved outside & placed in bin at the street, additional $90.00 charge assessed to remove trash if not placed at street.
