Plus, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (brand new mattresses) and its own exterior entrance offers flexibility and privacy. Head upstairs to find the luxurious master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and private balcony access, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Another queen bedroom (brand new mattress) also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. On the third floor, yet another queen bedroom (brand new mattress) awaits with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat to. Step outside to the screened-in porch and beautifully redone backyard, where you'll find outdoor seating, a dining table for 8, additional seating for 2, and a convenient propane grill. After your beach adventures: rinse off in the outdoor shower and conveniently store your beach gear in the mudroom. The carriage house offers additional accommodations with a queen bedroom (brand new mattress) , full bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a convertible sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or family members.
