Guests will love the quick 5-minute walk to Eastern Lake Beach Access, proximity to local restaurants and chic shops, and the gorgeous Gulf views.

This modern home welcomes guests in with natural textures and colors that create a subtle beachy vibe. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area are great for gathering, socializing, and unwinding. The living area is perfect for relaxing with its large sectional sofa, 2 comfy armchairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The adjacent farmhouse-style dining table seats 6 guests with a lovely chandelier hanging above. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, including a sizeable 6-stool breakfast bar, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, a beverage cooler, and more. Also, a primary bedroom can be found down the hallway, along with a full-size washer and dryer. To step outside and enjoy the sunshine, take the doors through the living area to the pergola-covered patio, wooden walking path, outside shower, and gas grill.
