This charming holiday home was finished in October 2012 after an extensive renovation. The house is located in a very peaceful residential area in the middle of the Mondrago natural protection area and boats plenty of little details. The magical beach of S'Amarador is just a few minutes' drive away. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, a shower room with a toilet, a bedroom, and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The overflow pool is 9x4.5 metres in size and boasts an LED array that changes colour. It offers a gorgeous view of a pine forest. The lovely S'Amador beach is just a couple minutes' drive. 3 km to Santanyi: Santanyí is one of the 53 independent villages of the Balearic Island of Majorca in the Mediterranean. It is on the southwest of the island and borders on the Ses Salines village on the west, on the village of Campos on the north, and on the village of Felanitx on the east. Within the territory of the village, the highest points are Puig Gros (271 m) and Pena Bosca (280 m). A 35-km section of coast belongs to the village's territory. It includes the Cap de ses Salines, which is the southernmost point of Majorca. Attractions: Plaça Major, Santanyí (town): in the Plaça Major there is the Sant Andreu church, which dates to the 18th century. It contains a baroque organ, which originally was housed in the Dominican cloister in Palma. Many famous organists have played this instrument, which was built by the well-known royal organ builder Jordi Bosch. He also built the organs in the cathedrals of Seville and Murcia. Markets: There is a traditional market in Santanyí every Wednesday and Saturday, except for holidays. It takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. around the Plaça Major. Santanyi has all the shopping options, from a supermarket to small individual shops, workshops, antique shops, and galleries. 1.5 km to Cala Figuera: Cala Figuera is probably Majorca's most beautiful fishing village. When you take the road down to the harbour entrance and then turn left at the corner, you'll see a picture-perfect fishing harbour. A few steps into the harbour will give a visitor a view of the fishing huts, built directly into the cliffs or on top of them, some of which are only accessible over steep steps. The harbour basin is in the form of a U and is surrounded by boat houses and fishermen's houses. You'll feel that you've wandered onto a real film set. The fishermen, who are cleaning the catch in their boats, throw the guts over their shoulders into the harbour. This delights the gulls, who don't have to work very hard for their dinner. Other fishermen mend their nets. No-one is disturbed by the presence of tourists, as only a few come here even in the high season.
