We drove 10 hours to get to this Tru. When arriving the front desk person barely greeted us. She was on her phone asked for my ID and handed me a card. We asked for two cards and she told us they were limited on cards. We insisted. She slammed the second one on the desk never offer water because we are members had to ask. Aweful personality to be at a ffront desk. The bed sheets were dirty if it wasn’t for the wonderful housekeeper I would have left. The soap container was emptied and dirty she gave us a new one. The shower door slammed when you closed it. I always said first impression lasting impression. I won’t go back.

I’d definitely stay again
I have no complaints at all. There was trouble with the internet though, but I think there was an internet connection problem in the whole area. Overall nice, clean hotel and friendly/helpful staff.

Everything was new and clean. We loved the bedding and sheets. I absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner. Already looked it up to buy some online. First time staying in a TRU and won’t be our last.

Check in was disappointing. We waited while another guest was being checked in, but there were some delays that were never explained to us as we waited patiently. Then when it was our turn, after several more minutes of delay, it was finally explained that they were experiencing computer problems. Once we entered our room and settled in, we found that our entry door would not latch. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone sytem was not set up for that type call so I went down stairs to bring attention to the problem. They gave us a new room, but it was almost seemed an inconvenience. The two ladies at the front desk were not very friendly, This was our second stay at a Tru property and it was not a good experience.

Very nice stay. Spacious handicap accessible room-very clean. Utilized the fitness room. Only negative was desk personnel not there in the morning . Wanted to buy a water bottle from little mini market but no one was there and same at checkout . Although breakfast staff was and answered some of our questions . Otherwise great stay.
