Highly recommended hotel
The hotel location is great. It is very close to the largest mall in Santiago (Costanera Center) and relatively close to other touristic areas of the city. The neighborhood is nice and absolutely safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast! The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. I would like to highlight the help I received from Alvaro, who gave me great tips for things to do in the city. The only minor detail is that internet was a bit slow once in a while in the evening, but that didn't really affect my overall experience.

People makes a huge difference
I was impressed with the staff and the hotel overall. Even though, it is not a brand new building, no elevator, no modern but classic / family oriented type of hotel, I found it perfect for my business trips, location is very good and services like laundry, conference area, and restaurant make it a great stay. I usually stay at $120 a day new/modern hotels mostly but this trip I tried 3-4 stars hotels, so far this is the best I found in this trip. Highly recommend the staff, they suited to my last minute meeting with a client by providing a meeting area at no charge. They have earned my business.

Hotel elegido en nuestro viaje a Santiago, estuvimos 2 días a la ida y otros 3 noches a la vuelta de nuestro recorrido por Chile. Las instalaciones necesitan remodelación, pedimos cambio de habitación ya que nos dieron la 12 que esta en el piso inferior y es muy húmedo. Además le fallaba la calefacción. Nos cambiaron a otra del piso superior mucho más confortable.

Banheiro com uma banheira, se for idoso ou criança há risco de queda, café da manhã com poucas opções de comida, deveria melhorar, chuveiro esquenta muito bem, localização excelente, perto do SKY Costanera, bem de frente, e próximo ao Teleferico também. Enfim indico o hotel.
