There is nothing not to like about the Billini Hotel. The staff are what makes the place. Location, location, location and service like no other. Don't stay anywhere else in the Colonial Zone

Since we arrived, the staff outside at valet and the staff at the front desk were exceptional. Victor did our check in and he couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful with an excellent location and a very historic past. All the staff at the bars and during breakfast were outstanding and so incredibly polite and friendly!. My stay couldn’t have been more pleasant and it was really due to the amazing staff. I hope the Administration takes notice and truly appreciates its wonderful staff!. We will definitely return!!!.

I upgraded to stay in a room with a private plunge pool, the pool was broken on arrival, it took them over a day to fix and clean it, then when we started using it - we were asked to stop as it was using too much power, I would not have upgraded to this room type had I known I wouldn't have been able to use it at all. the room was clean enough, but not comfy, the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming, we were one of very few couples there over the weekend, and it didn't feel hospitable, despite them not being busy

My recent stay at Hotel Bellini left much to be desired. Despite our pre-arrival request for a room on the first floor, which was confirmed by the concierge, we were allocated a small room on the second floor upon arrival. This discrepancy in accommodation was a disappointing start to our stay, setting the tone for what was to come. The overall service at Hotel Bellini was frustratingly slow. Whether it was waiting for assistance at the front desk or for our meals to be served, it seemed like time moved at a glacial pace within the confines of this establishment. To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was abysmal. Even simple items like croissants, which one would expect to be a staple of a decent breakfast, were burnt to a crisp. Our breakfast experience was further marred by having to send back our eggs not once, but twice, due to them being improperly prepared. What's particularly disheartening is that we had stayed at Hotel Bellini the year prior and did not encounter such dismal service and culinary mishaps. It's evident that there has been a significant decline in the standards of this establishment since our last visit. Overall, our experience at Hotel Bellini was a far cry from satisfactory. From the failure to fulfill our room request to the unpalatable dining options, it's safe to say that we won't be returning anytime soon.

Not all the terrace rooms are the same. Mine was right next to a walkway to one of the restaurants and had little privacy. Overall a very nice room though. Loved the bluetooth speaker! North americans may be surprised by the little water pressure in the shower.

Pretty boutique hotel in Zona Colonial. Beautiful roof top with a lovely view of the nearby church. Maybe a tad loud on weekends. The inner courtyard amplifies the sounds from the ground floor. Very prompt service staff. Room was in a top notch condition.
