Do not stay on the 4th floor. Smells like cigarettes, carpets are dirty and saw roaches. Guest services were not around to assist until final day of stay. Nothing was escalated or noted in reservation and no one contacted me to resolve this issue. Guest services are not around until 1pm and then in meetings and unavailable to clients. Expedia attempted to contact hotel and initally no answer then was told we have to send email and the hotel will get back to them within 72 hours. Will not be staying here again.

I loved everything about the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that the coffee maker didn't work, they had all the ingredients to make coffee or tea, but the coffee maker didn't work. It was the only detail that I didn't like. Afterwards everything was perfect.
