The check in process was tedious as the front desk lady was extremely incompetent. She didn't know the wifi password and it took her over an hour to finally locate it. On my last night at the property the hotel staff aloud an unwanted guest to enter the property into the reception area. I already told the hotel staff that I did not want to see this individual but the hotel staff still proceeded and let the unwanted guest on the property. That is a complete violation of hotel guests rights. That made me feel extremely unsafe. I felt violated. What if something bad happened or I could of been a victim of a crime or theft. The hotel staffs obligations are to the patrons staying at the establishment, not to outside people who are not guests staying at the hotel. Bad business practice. You make guests feel unsafe staying at your hotel.
