It’s a good hotel, you got the rooftop bar/club, but then that’s what’s noisy and crowded. And the price seems a bit much for the quality

I didn’t go to the hotel ! They had open a club there in the roof too! And the security guards that are in the entrance are really disrespectful and don’t want you to come inside the hotel if they don’t like you or the way u look ! And that guy at the front desk ! Name Evan Castillo! Is another animal when it comes to treat the guest ! He said my card didn’t go true and that I didn’t had a reservation but he didn’t even had the decency of allow me to come inside the hotel to talk with him! I been a costumer of that hotel for years !this people that work at night at the club most treat people better ! I won’t recommend this hotel to people

Insects coming out of the closet they just clean without bugspray. Shower needs to be fixed. Kitchen without any glasses, dishes, etc. Will be nice to have where to seat and eat inside the room. No restaurant on spot only breakfast included. Talked with them they are doing some renos.

Worst hotel that I've ever been to. Had to wait over an hour to get my room, then there was no iron the remote is not working they give me another wasn't working either. Pillows and bed Made out of cement. There is no gym, the advertisement in the pictures are a lie and then if you have a disco on the 9th floor that bangs all night so you cant sleep. If they pay me to go there I will not do not waste your money.

We paid for a room with a view but didn’t get it. Also, the safe (for personal belongings) in the room was not working but it was never replaced as promised. There was no iron in the room had to call the front desk for one.

The room itself was decent enough. However the internet did not work while in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get any work done. Also, my tv was scrambled and could not see anything clearly. I was there for 2 days. I am going to give this hotel another chance to see if I was just unlucky that day and got a bad room…I’ll be there next week😐
