Beautiful place filled with laughter and tranquility. One of the best short stays worldwide. Dominican Republic is Breathtaking and the people are Amazing with soul and hearts and great foods, beaches and so much hospitality from the Haitian community on the beaches as well.. that makes you want to stay!!

Ok first no one speak proper English a big all inclusive hotel and could not get any one to ask a question the towel was a disgrace i did not get any hot water in my bath room until my last night, no toothpaste no washrag at all, and the only thing good was the food, the bed was so lumpy and mosquitoes wow.i but would still recommend people because to each his own

Yeah, dining area was limited only one spot really to eat. The Italian restaurant was awful. The food was not good. The area had a lot of slices on the food. I think they could work on the flies.

When I was checking in the rep didn't want to explain the check in process. When I got to the room, it looked like something out of 1980 or older. The toilet was broken, the bath tub faucet was off the wall, there was hardly any water pressure, the TV remote & the phone weren't working & the A/C was off. I walked back to the front desk to place my complaints, it took over 20 minutes. The room key deactivated twice. Power & water went twice. The selection of food and drinks were limited at the bars & snack areas. There were more flies eating then people. I had to stay because I

Do not stay at a place like this. The place is at best deteriorating. No such thing as all inclusive. Nothing in your fridge inside the room and they ran out of coke and sprite at all bars!!!!. The food is at best rotten, the service is just none existent. There is a reason for the quality in relationship with pricing. Not worth it!!!! You better off somewhere else

This place is not the same as the pic I call to cancel my reservation, no one was able to help me, is very dance outside people asking you for money and offering massage all day, mi and my husband was not feeling safe, thanks hotels for the assistance. The resort has a lot of potential, but needs remodeling. The service is poor, the buffet has no variety and the bar lacks a variety of drinks. If I have to give a score, I would give this hotel a 4 out of 10.
