La Lanzada: thick sand beach highly demanded by surfers, since it is facing the open sea and has good waves throughout the year because it is not protected by the island of Ons like the others. Sangenjo shares this beach with the municipality of El Grove.
Silgar: the best known is also the most representative beach in the municipality, hence it is also known as Sangenjo beach.
