An awesome place to relax with so much to do. But the rooms and bathroom could be cleaner and more comfortable. Lots of space in the rooms and great a/c.

Esperava muito mais da pousada. Tem tudo para ser um.lugar inesquecível, mas deixa a desejar em muitos pontos. Fomos recepcionados por um pessoal confuso e mal preparado. Nao sabiam se já estávamos hospedados ou não...mesmo tendo acabado de chegar. O passeio de barco que a pousada oferece não saiu da pousada como prometido. Tivemos que andar mais uns km para pegar o barco. Disseram que estava quebrado, mas não avisaram nada por mensagem. O quarto é simples e confortável. Ficamos em um quarto com ar condicionado. Porém o banheiro é péssimo. Cheira urina a todo momento e o chuveiro é um desastre. Não cai uma gota em você, e sim em todo o restante do box. A comida que a pousada oferece é razoável. Esperava mais pela preço e pelo sabor que sei que a comida mineira tem. O café da manhã é uma explosão de açúcar. Tudo, praticamente tudo tem açúcar em exagero. Não há a opção de café sem açúcar. A localização do lugar é incrível, a estrutura poderia ser muito melhor aproveitada e o pessoal (principalmente os donos) deveriam ser mais bem preparados se querem lidar com viajantes experientes ou não. Que fique a dica para futuras reservas.

An awesome place! Especially for families. Lots to do and lots of space in the Chalets, even though it is simple. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great!

Razoável mas da pra melhorar....
O local em si é lindo, tem muito potencial para ser nota mil, porém deixou de oferecer o básico, água disponível, a limpeza e um chuveiro decente! O meu banheiro estava sujo, a parede embolorada e o chuveiro sai água para todos os lados, exceto em quem está tomando banho. Cama razoavelmente confortável. Por ser proibido levar comida ou bebida, eles deveriam ter frigobar nos quartos com água disponível (para venda mesmo) já que nem isso havia.... se você acordar a noite com sede você está lascado.....

Excelente localização e instalações
Ambiente familiar, refeições com comida tradicional mineira e atendentes muito receptivos. Ficamos integrados à natureza, como se estivéssemos em uma grande fazenda. Passeio de barco com saída e chegada na própria pousada, em barco confortável e seguro. Tudo excelente!

Lugar lindo
Quando chegamos achamos distante, talvez pelo tempo em que estávamos viajando de carro. Mas quando chegamos achamos o lugar maravilhoso, todos muito receptivos, gentis, sempre muito prestativos. Voltarei com toda certeza, lugar muito calmo, agradável e muita natureza. Café da manhã também muito bom!

Pousada nunca será, no minimo um hotel fazenda.
Precisa de muitas melhoras, longe das cachoeiras e muito longe da cidade, não tem como sair a noite, funcionários sem preparado, café da manhã bem fraco, como o almoço e jantar. Como viajante por todo o Brasil, com certeza foi o pior hotel que fiquei.

Bom, mas precisa investir muito em infraestrutura
Ficamos em duas casas germinadas, bem simples e fora do conceito custo benefício, pois apesar de ser uma fazenda, não tinha nenhum tapete no chão e com muita chuva e barro, da para imaginar como ficaram as toalhas, lençóis e chão. Entendo que eles tem tudo para melhorar e ser um grande hotel, pois as pessoas são maravilhosas e super atenciosas, coisa difícil hoje em dia. Acho que eles precisam investir mais na infraestrutura do local, banheiros na recepção melhores, calçada cimentada do restaurante até os chalés para evitar o barro que pegamos, melhorar a qualidade da comida e variedade.

Estadia boa
Embora a pousada fique aproximadamente 1 hora (de carro) das cachoeiras que existem no caminho de Furnas/Capitólio, vale a pena se hospedar nela. Funcionários muito atenciosos, porém o único problema foi quando chegamos na pousada (muito tarde) e tivemos a informação que o suco e/ou Leite com achocolatado era cortesia, mas no final tivemos que pagar. Mas de resto, valeu a pena. Estrutura boa, quartos simples, mas com ar condicionado e TV.

ótima. Pessoal receptivo (Beiçola e a Penha) . comida ótima...Adoramos os passeios. Fica aqui algumas sugestões para que o local seja ainda melhor: 1 - instalação de box nos banheiros; 2 - tv novas; 3 - passeio de lancha com o Adriano( aquisição de novos coletes). No mais foi muito bom o passeio. Recomendo. Voltaria.

Pousada tipo hotel fazenda
Muito bom custo benefício, fica afastada do centro, tem que se percorrer 6 km de estrada de terra, em bom estado, a pousada é muito aconchegante tipo um hotel fazenda, não possui luxo é tipo rústico, o atendimento e a alimentação são excelentes. Possui piscina e alguns entretenimento entre eles passeio de lancha pago a parte.
