We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Zona de mucho movimiento nocturno. Bares restaurantes y baladas. El personal excelente. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas. Aún así no se escuchan ruidos de motores de aviones, porque está muy bien aislado. Felicitaciones!!

Uma gracinha de apartamento.
Apartamento novinho, tudo impecável, bem ajeitado, só faltou mesmo um café da manhã e o estacionamento para os hospedes. Tem mercadinho dentro ele com tudo sorte, máquina de café, bebidas. O apartamento fica em uma ótima localização com mercado na esquina e padaria no mesmo quarteirão.

Localização é boa. Barulhento por conta do aeroporto. Cuidado com a pegadinha do estacionamento. Não há estacionamento disponível para hóspedes. Tem que deixar o carro com um manobrista e o carro fica na rua e custa caro.
