Um apartamento recem reformado, ainda estava com cheiro forte de madeira, acredito que das portas e alguns móveis de madeira, tive um pouco de rinite por isso. Apesar de faltar café da manha a estadia atendeu de forma satisfatória.

O hotel estava localizado na asa sul no aplicativo, porém na realidade fica em outro município, num bairro periférico do mesmo, embora o aplicativo dissesse "Brasília". Rua barulhenta, vizinhos escutando música e fazendo festa as duas da manhã em dia de semana. Difícil chegar, difícil achar Uber no local, o trajeto levou quase uma hora para chegar na asa sul de Brasília Cheiro de mofo no local, piso do quarto sujo de poeira, lençol de.cama com mancha de sangue antiga O preço não compensa os aborrecimentos e a distância.

1º, me senti lesado por uma oferta de flat, mas quando cheguei aqui era um quarto apertado, com poucos recursos necessários para uma estadia confortável. 2º: A informação era que o tempo daqui para a embaixada dos EUA seria 23 minutos, o que não é verdade. NÃO TEM garagem, nem café, mas como tinha reservado um flat, achei que não esperava ter. Chegamos às 22 horas e nos sentimos inseguros. Enfim, super decepcionado com tudo. Tapete marrom visivelmente sujo, banheiro com papel higiênico usado. Lixeira sem sacola e com resquícios de água. Não há aviso para tomadas de energia 110 ou 220, o que resultou na perda de um ferro elétrico. DECEPCIONANTE. Eu deveria ser ressarcido pela perda e pelas condições.

Boa no geral foi ok
No geral foi ok. Limpeza boa, quarto cheiroso e tudo bem limpo. Recepcionistas cordiais e prestativas. Infelizmente duas situações desagradáveis ocorreram: aranhas no quarto caíram na cama e gente sem educação gemendo alto no hotel à noite. Ninguém merece! Educação e bom senso é uma coisa que os hóspedes desse hotel não têm. Gente barulhenta e sem educação. Pretendo não voltar.

Mediante fase de pandemia no pais , a higiene não foi correta. Na realidade não houve limpeza no quarto ...pedi a troca de toalha e fui buscar papel higiênico que acabou . O banheiro do quarto 13 que ficamos tem um cheiro ruim de esgoto, fechamos a porta p diminuir .

O Hotel é bom, porém há vários problemas, como apenas uma tomada e ainda no banheiro, uma janela estava com um vidro quebrado (mas isso não me incomodou, era só uma pequena parte), o wi-fi é mto ruim no quarto que eu estava e como eu já fui nesse hotel mais de uma vez e peguei o mesmo quarto eu percebi que o ar-condicionado estava bem mais fraco do que das outras vezes, cerca de uns 50% do que das outras vezes que fui (porém não me incomodou também). O hotel no geral é bom, visto o preço que foi pago, como eu escolhi o hotel mais barato, posso dizer que é um bom custo-benefício.

Poderia ter sido melhor
O hotel em si é limpo e bonito. Porém gostaria de fazer algumas observações que na minha opinião foram negativas. Durante o Check-in não me foi informado a senha do wifi, sequer que o hotel não estava oferecendo café da manhã (na reserva que fiz dizia café da manhã grátis)... tive que voltar à recepção para buscar essas informações. A Internet é ruim. No quarto que fiquei não tinha tomada... a única ficava dentro do banheiro. Além disso, não tinha cardápio com os preços dos alimentos do frigobar, achei ruim isso também. Fora isso gostei da minha estadia, mas poderia ter sido melhor!
