Huge House With the Best View + Garage and Garden, AC and 3 Bathrooms

Bring the whole family to this green oasis with lots of rooms and space ( 3 bathrooms - one with jacuzzi bath, one with ordinary bath and one with shower) and the best view in Sarajevo, just 7 minutes away from the city center with car. The house has 320 m2, the garden 550 m2 and the terrace is 25 m2. Parking is for 2 vehicles: the garage is big enough for the biggest vehicle and one extra free parking space is available. A huge house with a lot of space for 12 people plus baby cot.

This new house is our new listing and I am super host with 6 years of experience in renting. The house is huge and has enough space for 12 people ( plus baby cot ) and free parking for 2 vehicles ( one car in alarm covered garage and one car in front of the house ). The house has two entrances, one apartment ( ground floor ) has 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Another apartment is on the first and the second floor and has 1 living room, 2 dining rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
Outside terrace has the best and breathing view over the city and the garden is fully fenced so children can play freely and unsupervised. The house is just 7 minutes by car to the city center and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes by walk. The house is in the dead end road with family houses in the neighborhood, no traffic and totally peaceful and quiet.
