An Owner who Cares!
We loved our stay at Kayla's place! Everything was super clean when we walked in, and she clearly put a lot of thought into stocking up on all the little things you need but might forget to pack. The neighborhood was perfect - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely worth booking if you're heading to the area.

We were in town for my grandsons first birthday and enjoyed our stay. The host had everything we needed and then some! We were not home very often but when we were it was comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay for the week this is the place.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
This property was just amazing. My husband and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary this weekend and we decided to do a 3 day trip to our favorite place. It is just like described and was perfect for us. The owner knows there stuff when it comes to cleanliness, accessories, and overall perfection with the set up. The hot tub at end of each day was sooo worth it alone. We spent a lot of time driving and walking around so this felt like heaven after a long day. The owner answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very respectful of our privacy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our "short" time away!

Hidden Sarasota Gem
Perfect retreat for a couple. This place was very clean and comfortable. The personal touches were appreciated. Kayla was an excellent host and even provided emergency supplies at the arrival of Hurricane Helene. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Wow!!!! Beautiful getaway !!!
I had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful, way better than the pictures. Very private and surrounded my so many things to do, places to see, and great food to eat. I enjoyed 3 different beaches with waters so blue. The host also has an amazing personality, very kind. Overall my experience was a 10/10! I will definitely reccomend this place for others of traveling to Sarasota.

Exceeds expectations!
Property was even better in person than the photos and description. It is very private; very warm and welcoming; very spacious and clean. The host seems to have anticipated our every need and the welcome basket of wine and goodies was a lovely touch. All the instructions and guidelines are very clear and precise. The neighborhood is very nice, with a lovely little park just two blocks away. It is all centrally located with easy access to the beach, nice restaurants, and the downtown waterfront. We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to Sarasota.

Fantastic Sarasota and Spring Training getaway!
This is an exceptional property! Kayla was wonderful to work with and her cozy, clean property had everything you need for a Florida getaway. The rentals close proximity to Ed Smith Stadium was ideal for attending Orioles Grapefruit League games. A short drive puts you in downtown Sarasota and any of its nearby beautiful beaches. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Kayla!

Great neighborhood location with areas close by to walk the dog. Everything you might need was on sight including a list of parks, restaurants & sights of area interest. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and living area were perfect for the two of us. Kayla was on-site and available for any concerns or questions. Will use again if in the area.

The Prefect Getaway
From the moment we stepped on the property, we felt at home. The unit is behind the main house and is very private. It is conveniently located near everything. A nice place for our 11th anniversary
The home is fresh, clean, practical and relaxing. The owner is kind, approachable, relatable and has a good sense of hospitality. The layout of the home is good, the decor is modern and stylish and the atmosphere is more private than I thought it would be which is great! It’s part of a duplex which caught me a bit off guard at first because I didn’t read or see that in the original description… but after staying here I can say you’d barely know it. Most importantly, we would come back and stay here again. The hot tub is perfect and the little outside seating area is really cute. We used both! The bed is just as comfortable as described which I was surprised by because our bed at home is top notch. Finally we found a rental that has a really nice bed! That’s is nearly always missing from other rentals and I have no idea why! The owner is very sweet and helpful and even added some fresh tulips because I was unable to coordinate getting them to the rental in time. She did this without being asked and as a gift. For how inexpensive this place is, I would say she’s generous and kind. Thanks for the great stay. We loved our time there and will hopefully be back again soon!
