Enjoy a wonderful stay at our top-rated condo, conveniently located on the second floor, accessible via approximately 15 stairs and secured with a metal gate. Just outside the main door, a washer and dryer are available for guests' use throughout their stay.

The condo is tastefully decorated, featuring marble floors, high ceilings, and a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay, including a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, various kitchen appliances, and even a dishwasher! The living area includes a comfortable patio set, a large screen smart TV, and a kitchen bar that can comfortably seat guests. Additionally, there's a dedicated work area complete with a monitor and a keyboard, making it the perfect space for digital nomads or those working from home.

Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and ample storage space. One of the bedrooms also features a second TV and a safe for securely storing your valuables. The bathrooms, while not en-suite, are equipped with stand-up showers.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
