There is a half bath just off the living space. The kitchen has all of the amenities of home plus an island with dining space for 4. There is also the option for outdoor dining on the rear, covered terrace. The kitchen area has a stacked washer/dryer tucked inside a closet plus a beautiful desk for those that need a dedicated workspace during their stay.
At the top of the stairs is a full bathroom with a large shower and updated finishes. The first bedroom has the option of being a King bed or two twin beds and has plenty of storage. The primary bedroom has a King bed, lots of storage, a safe and a covered balcony overlooking the grounds. The complex has a large, covered rancho area with a dining table that seats 6, as well as a beautiful community pool surrounded by lush, tropical flora.
