Located 800 meters from the beautiful Canella beach and the turquoise waters of Corsica, ideally in a panoramic position along the main coastal road, this 45 m² villa is ideal for holidays on the Isle of Beauty in a secure residence of 19 villas. The villa offers a small view of the sea and the gardens, it is ideally equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. The residence is only 100 meters from the sea (no access opposite)
The villa consists of 2 rooms, including 1 bedroom, and 1 main room, with equipped kitchen area, 1 bathroom, and a balcony. Many facilities are available for a comfortable holiday:

Children are welcome, a ping-pong table and a swing are available in the Residence. as well as a petanque ground is arranged in order to be entertained while waiting for the nap. On the balcony, a table and chairs for lunch outside.
Two barbecues are available in the residence and are available in the superior villas and T3.
