I was totally disappointed with the hotel. Room looked dark uninviting. Shabby. Bed side lamp was unplugged Ac did not keep room cool. Tub drained super slow while showering. Hot tub pool closed. $200/night totally overpriced Will NEVER stay again

I requested for house keeping and when I came back my was still a mess. They just left the new towels on my bed but the arrangement of the washroom was still the same from what I left. Didn't refill the complementary coffees. The front desk gave me wrong information about the laundry, he told me that it's not working but when I check it is working. The room was also dirty, as if they're didn't vacuum the carpet and I still saw a couple of fries on the corner near the sofa bed. Would never come back to that hotel ever again.

The hotel hallways and elevator were very hot. Enough to make you sweat. The chocolate bars in the vending machine were melted it was so hot. Food and garbage all over hallway floors. I asked if it could be cleaned up but the desk had no support staff. No light bulb in bedside lamp.

Our first room was suppose to have a walk in shower as the photo states and we got a tub, the air conditioner didn’t work and went to complain and they already knew this so moved us rooms the second room still had no air the bathroom still had no stand up shower and there was pubes on the ceiling of our shower plus we had no towels in our second room. Not to mention none of our key cards worked for the pool or elevator so had to get those fixed everyday. The pool and hot tub were disgusting chemicals were so harsh it was stinging our eyes and we only had feet in, and full of kids trashing the place with no adults around throwing towels and the towel rack into the pool. The parking there was people parking in handi parking and had nothing stating they can, we needed handicap parking and had to park at the back far away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY FOR THE SERVICE YOU RECIEVE

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I was awoken by somebody pounding on the next door, and yelling in the early hours of the morning.I understand there is a bunch of evacuees staying there, and the mess they have left in the lobby and hallways is unacceptable. I watched them leave half eaten food everywhere and there was a garbage close by. The pool and hot tub was out of order as well. Will not be coming back

There was broken glasses on carpet, bathroom sink has a crack in it, tub was dirty, bedding is not suitable for sensitive skin they’re made of polyester blend. First and time staying at Sandman.
