Great one night stay but beware of lumpy pillows
Stayed one night after a late night flight arrival. We called when landed for the shuttle and would have preferred they send someone but had to call back after bags collected, then a bit of a wait, which wasn't ideal with young kids. However, loved our shuttle driver! Rooms are spacious and was clean. View was of the roof which I'm assuming was from the 3rd party booking. Only complaint I'd say is their awful pillows! Lumpy and uncomfortable after a long day of travel wasn't what we would expect but they also were hosting some evacuees from fires so could just have been a busy time to stay and trying to keep all happy. Breakfast brunch was delicious and would return again to both hotel and breakfast.

I have stayed here several times and had wonderful stays every time. Yesterday at check in I was told that I had 3 rooms booked. I showed email confirmation that I pre paid on Expedia for 1 king room and had cancelled 1 room with 2 queen beds on May 31 2024. Front counter staff told me that their system was still showing I had 3 rooms booked. When I asked to speak to the manager about solving the issue the manager came out looking angry and just stood off the the side either glaring at me or glaring at the lobby full of people checking in. My husband asked me what I wanted to do and the manager started raising her voice and threatening we wouldn’t be staying here if he continued to act this way. I ended up being told I’d have to pay the hotel for one room and contact Expedia to cancel my pre paid room. My husband dropped 1 f bomb to me that no one else would have heard. Terrible terrible behaviour displayed by the manager considering she didn’t even bother to try and help or pay attention to what the actual problem was.

Really good value hotel, especially when using the airport. Lots of parking, only $50 a week if you’re away on a trip. Would like at least a continental breakfast and my last stay the air conditioner just wouldn’t cool down the room.
