I’ve stayed here several times before and had great stays. This time the carpet had a stain on it, the room was uncomfortably warm and air wasn’t working. We were unable to open the window because they were screwed shut but staff brought a fan. The good thing about this stay, and always is when I’m here, are that the beds are very comfortable.
