The Chintana Suite is an additional property of the already established 'La Chintana Holiday'; this accommodation was completed in May of 2014, conceived as an independent unit is suitable for those seeking relaxation, the countryside, the sea and privacy. The house has all the amenities, it was built with architectural forms of the old farm country of the area. The Chintana suite offers its guests a free self, BBQ, terrace with sea views, pool and garden. The decision to give title Suite comes from the fact that the structure has a particular independence and more valuable characteristics. The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with a single bed and a half and a single bed, small livingroom. The room features a fireplace, satellite TV, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, stove with 4 burners, sink with drainer, rustic table with five chairs, all kitchen accessories, rustic cupboard years 45-50, sofa and large window with panoramic sea views. The bedroom has a double bed, dresser years 45-50, mirror, TV, glass door with mosquito net on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The room for children is equipped with a single bed and a half, a single bed, wardrobe and window with mosquito net. The bathroom has available the sink, toilet, double shower with glass doors, drawers and mirror. The Chintana Suite was built with the latest building technologies, it is well insulated against heat and cold, has a gable roof with tiles in the tile Sardinian, its shape is rectangular and is clad in local stone as the old houses 1700. The style takes exactly the parent structure, namely La Chintana Holiday which is located downstream of the structure. The terrace and lawn surrounding the house makes the site unique and enchanting. The surface of the house is about 45 square meters, distributed in 18 sqm for the room with kitchenette, 14 sqm for the bedroom, 9 square meters for the double and 5 square meters for the bathroom. The services offered by the structure are: linen and towels, weekly change, communal pool, private parking, private terrace, private BBQ, mini golf course, TV in the bedroom, products derived from vegetable gardens La Chintana, eggs The henhouse Chintana and seasonal fruit.

Lovely self-contained small villa in beautiful location
My husband and I stayed for a week for our silver wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The villa was comfortable and had a beautiful view over the garden and open countryside to the sea, it also felt private because of its separate location and parking. The weather was a bit changeable when we stayed, but we spent every night on the veranda watching the sunset/ clouds/ stars or moon and listening to gentle clonking of sheep and cow bells (not loud enough to hear indoors and together sounding a bit like a wind-chime). We snorkelled from 7 or 8 different beaches and watched spectacular waves crash in on the days when the weather prevented this. We visited ancient ruins, attractive towns (Alghero is not too far away) and spectacular caves. We could have eaten out more than we did...but we wanted to be back on the balcony by sunset, so we settled for barbecued fish, pasta, salad, bread, cheeses and wine 'at home'. Wherever we went the people were really welcoming and tolerant of our minimal Italian. It was a fantastic holiday and we'd go back tomorrow if we didn't have to work!

Tranquil, secluded and attentively maintained property
First of all i want to thank our great host Marco and his family for the great house they own and maintain, and of course accommodating us! The description provided is definitely accurate. I would recommend to rent a car. Palmadula has two supermarkets which may not suit your needs, but many more are available in the vicinity, and you can always make a quick (30 min) trip to Alghero to stockpile. If you are the roaming type of vacationists, there is much to explore all over sardegna - you can reach the south shore within 2 hours, so nothing is really far away. The property itself is very well-maintained. In the time of our stay all facilities were functional and either clean or if they got dirty, were cleaned immediately. The firewood storage needed to light a grill was also fully stocked. Internet was available and totally functional. At all times, Marco and his family reacted immediately when we had a problem/question (which were very few). If i had to name 1 point of critique, it would be this: the seatings on the veranda could be a little longer/bigger, so you can take a nap on them. This does not warrant a -1 Star though, as you can just lay on the neatly trimmed and cleaned lawn in front of the house :-) Additionally an selection of local wines, jams & honey is provided within the suite, with fair pricing. I wish you nothing but the best and I hope your property continues to prosper!

Urlaub für Ruhesuchende!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr weit außerhalb, also ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall Pflicht. Für uns genau das richtige, da wir Ruhe gesucht haben. Der Ausblick vom Haus aus ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles war sauber und vorhanden. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte haben sich Marco oder Pietro sofort darum gekümmert. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Nochmals vielen Dank an Marco und Pietro 😊.

Très bel endroit
La résidence est très belle et bien entretenue. Elle est un peu isolée, mais cela garantit le calme. Un petit manque d'organisation pour l'arrivée, rendez-vous à la station service Q8 qui n'existe pas, et notre hôte, très gentil, ne parlait malheureusement qu'italien, d'où une communication un peu difficile.

Ein wundervoller Urlaubsort
Wir haben Ende Mai 22 eine Woche in der Suite La Chintana verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert. Sehr gepflegte, kleine Anlage, die wir so gut wie für uns alleine hatten. Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen. Unser Sohn, 6, war begeistert von Pool, Katzen, Schildkröten und von der Wiese direkt vor dem Haus. Die Anfahrt vom nächsten Ort war etwas abenteuerlich, weil sehr schmale Straßen und steile Einfahrt, aber wunderschön gelegen mit tollem Ausblick auf Umgebung und sogar in der Ferne das Meer. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Auto ist ratsam, Einkauf ist 6km weit weg in einem kleinen Supermarkt möglich. In mehreren Tagesausflügen haben wir den Nordwesten von Sardinien erkundet und waren begeistert von den schönen Stränden, die sehr unterschiedlich daherkamen: naturbelassene, mal seichte, mal etwas wildere Buchten, in Stintino superfeiner weißer Sand und türkisblaues Wasser, allerdings sehr voll, auf halbem Weg zur Costa Smeralda sieht es aus wie an einem wunderschönen Ostseestrand. Mille Grazie, Marco, für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Splendida soluzione abitativa inserita in una proprietà molto ben curata e immersa nel verde
Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole a la Chintana Suite . Idyllisches Steinhaus auf dem Land
Wunderschöne kleine Anlage mit Pool, Hängematten, Gemüsegarten. Top gepflegt und toller Service von Marco und seiner Familie. Aber: sehr abgelegen. Zum nächsten winzigen Dorf mit 1 kleinen Supermarkt sind es 6 km Feldweg. Zum nächsten Restaurant ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Und Nachts viele Tiere von Mücke bis Eidechse... Insgesamt aber ein tolles Objekt!

NEGATIVE: Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by the fact that we couldnt receive a receipt for the full large cash-payment due on the first day of arrival. Marco told me my price was a price without receipt. Then I was promised a receipt once I was home, unfortunately I only received a receipt for a part of the amount almost 3 months and a lot of insisting later. POSITIVE: pretty, clean garden / Sympathetic landlords when we were there (afterwards no more)

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick inmitten der Natur
Wir haben in diesem wirklich traumhaften Ferienhaus eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos/im Inserat beschrieben. Die Kommunikation und der Check In mit Marco hat sehr gut funktioniert. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, kann damit aber von der Unterkunft aus Tagesausflüge nach Alghero, Castelsardo, Bosa, Cappo Caccia und zu vielen weiteren tollen Orten im Westen Sardiniens unternehmen. Unweit von der Unterkunft selbst gibt es ein paar Geheimtipp-Strände und Buchten. Kleinere Shops gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der nächste Lidl ist ca. 35 Min entfernt. Insgesamt eine super Unterkunft und sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir waren einige Tage ganz allein (mit den drei Katerchen) auf dem schönen abgeschlossenen Gelände. Wirklich sehr erholsam. Rundum nur einige Schafe und verschiedene Vögel zu hören. Lebensmitteleinkauf gut planen, bis zu den großen Märkten ist es schon ein Stück zu fahren. Das Nötigste bekommt man aber auch im Laden im Dorf, der schließt aber nachmittags. Die Küchenausstattung ist überschaubar. Deutsche Kaffeejunkies sollten wissen dass es keine Kaffeemaschine gibt, hat uns Teetrinker nicht gestört. Kurze Wege (10/15/20 Minuten) zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Diese waren im September nicht überfüllt bis ziemlich leer. Wasser glasklar und warm. Taucherbrille mitbringen. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaftes Hideaway
Das zauberhafte Häuschen im traditionellen Stil (La Chintana Suite) liegt Mitten in der Natur mit tollem Ausblick in die Hügellandschaft Nord-Sardiniens; in der Nähe sieht man das Meer. Das Haus bot alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe erforderlich ist. Marco und seine Eltern (die Eigentümer) wohnen nicht in der Anlage, sind aber jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich täglich um die Häuser und die Gäste. Besonders wohltuend war es, morgens auf der Terasse frühstücken zu können. Jahreszeitbedingt (wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober) im Haus, hatten leider schon einige Restaurants in der Nähe geschlossen, so dass essen gehen mit Fahrten nach Stintino oder Alghero verbunden waren. Wirempfehlen das Haus jederzeit weiter.

Super Urlaub in Sensationeller Lage .
Zuerst einmal vielen Dank an Gastgeber Marco und seinen Vater .Wir hatten immer das Gefühl dort sehr willkommen zu sein . Stets parat mit Tipps oder bei eventuellen Fragen, sehr seriöse Abwicklung und stets mit Antwort schon im Vorfeld per Internet .Jetzt zum Haus , absolut alles da was man braucht und in tollem Zustand in einer Wahnsinns Atmosphäre und Umgebung . Alles sauber ( Gartenanlage - Pool etc.) und top in Schuss . Super Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung und trotzdem viel Privatsphäre in der etwas erhöten Lage .Tolle Strände und Städte ( Alghero und besonders Bosa ) in der Nähe und der kleine Market in Palmadula hat fast alles was man braucht zu sehr günstigen Preisen ( zu unserer Überraschung teils wesentlich günstiger als die Supermärkte in Porto Torres und Sassari ) . Ansonsten gibt es in Palmadula noch einen Metzger , einen Souvenir und Allerlei-Laden , einen Pizzabringdienst , welcher sogar direkt nach La Chintara Liefert und 1-2 Kaffee Bars .Ein Super Urlaub , welcher uns noch Lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird . Wir wollen auf jeden Fall einmal wiederkommen und können La Chintana Suite bis dahin nur jedem Empfehlen und wünschen allen eine so tolle Zeit wie wir sie hatten . Ciao e mille Grazie Marco

Relaxing stay in a beautiful environment
We couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made to stay at La Chintana. Marco and his parents were there for anything we needed and we spent a relaxing week swimming in the pool, eating all our meals on the terrace or just wandering the grounds and admiring the spring flowers that were everywhere. The house has everything you need for your vacation and the atmosphere couldn't be more perfect. Due to it's raised location above the pool you have the feeling that you are alone on the property. This although there are 3 other units that belong to the same place. The house is also well located to visit Alghero, Stintino, Castelsardo or other places along the northwesten coast of Sardinia. We would definitely go back!

Erholsame Ferien in traumhafter Landschaft
Einmalig sind die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit dieses Feriendomizils, das nahezu keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Einkäufe sollten gut geplant werden, da größere Supermärkte ca. 30 km entfernt sind. Es gibt eine sehr gute Pizzeria in Palmadula, die sogar bis vor die Haustür liefert. Rundum erholsame Ferien und die Kinder haben ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Baden. Die Eltern von Marco kümmern sich gut um die Gäste und sind täglich erreichbar.
