Modern, Chic Adult ONLY retreat on a hill at the end of a quiet dead end street steps from downtown Saugatuck. There is on-site private parking for 2 vehicles. You will walk up 2 flights of steps that lead to a private serene covered deck and entrance. The deck has a comfy sitting area and a large table for dining and/or games and hanging out. It was thoughtfully designed by the owner/Super Host for those guests who are coming to our area to enjoy all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. This space is bright and inviting with high quality linens, cozy beds and stylish furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds, quality mattresses, linens and towels and black-out shades for a restful night of sleep. There are two bath areas with a sink and toilet that share a private walk-in shower. It comes with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cocktail and coffee bar areas. Leave the cooking to the first-rate chefs in town and enjoy a craft cocktail at one of the many bars or tasting rooms. Take a hike to the top of Mt. Baldy to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, spend the day at beach along the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan or take a stroll in town and visit one of the many vibrant art galleries or shops. Whether you want to come and relax or hit the town, this space will give you everything you need and more! Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the deck or having evening cocktails watching the sunset with a breeze coming off the water. It is a perfect getaway for a single couple, 2 couples or a small group of friends or family.

This is an amazing rental! The host thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with her was great. The location is perfect, Easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuck! Very clean and perfect space for four adults. Hopefully we get to go back.

The host was amazing sharing things to do all around Saugatuck and surrounding areas, as well as available if we needed anything. Anniversary weekend

Came to celebrate a 40th anniversary in one of our favorite towns. Tracy’s place is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Saugatuck. Everything we needed was right there. It was nice that we were on a quiet street yet right in the heart of it all. This is a special place to stay.

Awesome space. Perfect for 2 girlfriends to get away. The apartment was lacking nothing and was very well stocked. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Tucked into downtown Saugatuck at the end of a quiet street, this pristine apartment boasts everything you might need for a perfect stay. The private deck and entrance is two flights of stairs through a beautiful terraced meadow landscape. Pollinators feast amongst the gorgeous blooms. The apartment is decorated thoughtfully in hues of yellow and gray, velvety soft pillows and blankets throughout. A great selection of morning beverages are provided and the host is attentive and welcoming, giving personalized recommendations.

Beautifully appointed, ultra-modern, immaculate 2 bed / 2 bath property with all the amenities you need for a great stay in Saugatuck. Located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to downtown. Great Experience at a Wonderful Place

The property is in pristine condition and not a detail was missed. Perfect location in the middle of everything, but quietly positioned at the end of a dead end street. The owner was extremely attentive and supportive through out the process. All other members of the wedding party that visited were equally impressed. The property is great. The beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality and the attention to detail that is usually totally lacking was on display throughout the property. The property is located a block from Lady Bird, which we tried and loved -- fantastic brunch and drinks (we even went back). The deck is great and you can sit out and just relax. If I had to list something to improve the space -- a rain shower or dual showerheads would have been perfect... but when that is the biggest "issue" you know you have found a winner! We would for sure stay again!
