Suite #3 - The Peony

Prime location downtown Saugatuck, a short walk to the restaurants, shops, theater, boardwalk, and the chain ferry. Porches on Mason is a newly rebuilt structure opening in May 2024, offering 8 private uniquely decorated rental suites.

Each suite includes 550 square feet of private interior living space with a separate bedroom (king size bed), a large bathroom, and a living area with a kitchenette, dining area and seating area. In addition the main floor and second floor suites each include a large private (144 sq ft) screened-in porch. Each screened porch includes a "daybed" porch swing and outdoor seating.

Approved pets are allowed in this suite with prior approval, a signed pet contract, and payment of a $150 pet fee.

Special place in Saugatuck
Great location in Saugatuck! Fantastic accommodations! Mark and Craig are excellent and welcoming hosts! Enjoyed my naps on the porch! Our schnauzer loved it too!

Extended Weekend Get Away
Had a great weekend get away with my wife and 2 dogs. Place is very close to downtown and the manager of the property was great to rent from.

Lil gem in the heart of Saugatuck
What a wonderful stay! Close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was open and airy. A very clean property. Owner paid great detail to everything you might need in a stay in Saugatuck, MI. Even a comfortable daybed swing on the porch!

Our unit was bright and clean and made for a very comfortable stay. The finishes were all done very well. Nice design, very comfortable. The large porch with a swing and additional seating was a fantastic bonus! Would definitely recommend and we will be returning! I
