Very friendly and helpful FRONT DESK STAFF . The breakfast area was full but , every table was cleaned immediately as people left . Coffee ran out once , probably because it was so good. I know where we will stay next time .

Clean room, but on the small side. Pillows were square, prefer normal shape and far too soft. Bathroom very tiny, probably the smallest we have ever seen in an hotel. Shower was hot and powerful. Check in/out process was fast and staff very friendly, however no one at reception upon arrival and had to wait for a few minutes before someone turned up. Biggest issue, the breakfast area far too small and many people were eating standing up, in the reception area or taking food back to their room. The staff member on first morning was too slow in replenishing food items and generally lacked role awareness, the lady on the second morning was better, although it was not as busy as the previous morning. Also, the breakfast items were mostly pre-packaged food including the boiled eggs and generally of poor quality, nothing fresh other than the bread and bagels. Hotel good for a one or at most two night stay, not any longer than that.

Ok hotel for a brief stay, could use a renovation. Door didnt close on its own you had to pull hard to get it to close, the gym had broken equipment and the breakfast area was too small. Clean enough with typical hot food.

The property and room was clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The only down side is the eating area is cramped. The windows need cleaning in the room. We were overall very happy with our two separate reservations within a 1.5 period. Thank you

Best hotel ever. Kelly, front desk mornings, let me check in very early, and offered me fresh fruit, which is available all day, and coffee or tea, also available all day, while she finished the morning paperwork so she could get me checked in. Then the front desk staff let me keep my bicycle in the office since it wouldn't really be safe in the car and I was on the second floor. The nice breakfast lady let me wash my dishes in the breakfast area sink, and no one blinked when I filled up 5 sport bottles and a gallon jug of water there the next day. (I had been camping.) Kelly gave me directions to a great restaurant and a laundromat. The room was quiet, clean, the shower was great, the TV worked and had channels I liked (not all sports and finance). And I have never seen a room with so many lights! I especially liked the one over the bed since I like to read in bed. The parking was convenient, and the hotel is on the bike/walking path. My room overlooked the parking lot, and my car, which is a good thing, and I found a window on the stair landing which had a view of the moon. The breakfast room has a sunrise view, and the breakfast is bonzer. Sausage, eggs with cheese, waffles, all manner of breads and cereals, orange and apple juice, coffee and decaf, and water. Do recommend.

I definitely will stay at this hotel if I’m in Sault, Ontario! Had a late arrival. After driving all day, it was great to be greeted with someone with a great personality. The check in went very smoothly. They recommended a place to eat, but there was also fruit available to snack on. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were amazing.
