This amazing property is in a prime location with some of the most incredible views overlooking Saundersfoot. Just a short walk to Saundersfoot Beach, this is the perfect place to stay for a family holiday. The property itself is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just off St Brides Hill in Saundersfoot, with the addition of first come first served parking outside. As you enter the property, the spacious house has three levels, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more bedrooms downstairs. The first spacious double room is on the right as you go through the front door and there is a twin room just off the living room, comprising of a bunk bed with two singles and views looking out over the sea. The two downstairs bedrooms are both sizeable doubles. Both double rooms have the addition of patio doors onto the outside area, making them a bright and airy space. The spacious master double consists of an en-suite with a bath/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen and living space has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. There is an electric hob, oven and grill, should you wish to cook and a large 8-seater dining table in front of the large windows, showcasing the best views overlooking Saundersfoot Harbour and Beach to enjoy whilst you entertain! The open plan living room is the perfect place to sit back and relax and there is a widescreen Smart TV to enjoy. When the sun is shining, head out to the patio area. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, a table and a BBQ for your use, so enjoy some al fresco dining on a warm Summer’s Day. There’s even a mezzanine on the upper floor, a peaceful place to relax with seating. This property is great for families and large groups, with the piece de resistance being the stunning sea views and a stone’s throw away from the local beach. Please note: This property allows a maximum of 6 adults.

Dated and worn but great location
The house felt worn, dated and was damp and was impossible to dry anything. Parking was a nightmare but you could park in the public car park for £30 for the week, it would have been nice to have been told about the parking situation before we arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived the house smelt of damp very bad and did not improve during the stay. The water in the bathrooms was only ever luke warm and the showers lacking in power and mold was growing on the ceiling. The house layout was great and plenty of room, great outdoor chill area with great views of the bay.
