On the ground floor of a striking contemporary residence, this studio flat, for 3 people, makes an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful region throughout the year.

The apartment’s living area, with its contemporary décor, is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The wooden dining table with seating for 4 people is next to the smart, fitted kitchenette, which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine and fridge. A glass door leads from the living room to the private terrace, with a table and chairs, which is surrounded by forest and has a lovely view of the mountains.

Sleeping
There is a pull-down single bed in the living room.
The sofa converts into a comfortable bed and there is a wardrobe for storage.

Please note; they are currently building a district heating in front of the property. Therefore there will be possible noise and the view is obstructed at the moment.

Location
The apartment is close to the resort of Sauze d’Oulx which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling local specialities.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
