On the third floor (with lift) of a chalet-style residence, in the heart of the village of Grangesises, this airy apartment is an ideal holiday destination for friends or family all year round.

The apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. The sunny living area has two sofas, a traditional dresser, a flat-screen digital TV and a glass door, leading to a private balcony. The dining table, next to the kitchen, has seating for 4 people. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave and fridge.

Location
The apartment is in heart of the charming village of Grangesises, just a 5-minute drive from the resort of Sestriere. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning all year round.

Sestriere, which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, has a lot to offer. In the winter months, the slopes around the resort suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor swimming pool (heated) which is open in the winter and summer seasons.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

There are many great restaurants and bars in Grangesises and Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets in the area. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
