The only good thing about this hotel is that it is right in the middle of downtown. The hotel itself is terrible. The rooms are not clean, dirty floors, bathroom, walls. The furniture is broken, doors missing handles, shower barely has any water coming out. Limited towels and toilet paper, the manager of this hotel is in desperate need of customer service training. She was rude. And the hotel itself needs to be cleaned properly.. what a health hazard.

Nice stay, but noisy street and next door room.
Savannah is a good city to visit. The hotel was in a good location and the breakfast was fair to good compared to similar hotels. The big complaint was the street noise and the thin walls such we could hear the exact conversation of the next door room...at 530 am. Ugh.

All areas of the property were clean. Our room was nice and clean. The lobby and dining area were kept very neat and clean looked like the place had been recently renovated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a concierge who was extremely pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that we had breakfast at the hotel four mornings and each morning when we got there they were out of eggs and we would have to wait roughly 15 to 20 minutes for them to replace them. I would understand if this happens one morning, but four mornings in a row was not acceptable. Kitchen staff should have been more on the ball.

Definitely an older property. Accommodations were adequate. Drains in our shower and sink VERY slow. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The gem was Mary, the concierge. She was spot on with her recommendations for sights, transport, and dining. Make use of her services because she knows her stuff.

The ceiling in the bathroom had water stains and the room smelled musty. So dissatisfied with the price of parking ($33 a day) the room ended up costing $200 a night with the fees. The outside sidewalks need to be power washed.

Pros: location and clean. Super nice staff replaced refrigerator immediately. Cons: loud outside (should have known better) no vent fan in bathrooms Bathroom French doors did not lock and the light was on the outside of the bathroom which meant disturbing others at night.

The cleanliness of the room was average. The front desk staff was unprofessional. They were using their personal cell phones while helping hotel guests. We had to get replacement keys 3 times because they stopped working. Our biggest complaint was the noise. There were other hotel guests screaming and partying until all hours of the night/next morning. Most hotels have quiet hours posted, this one did not. There were groups of other people staying at the hotel congregating in the corridors and other common areas of the hotel with large quantities of alcohol. The hotel advertises an outdoor pool. Yes, they have one, but most people, including us, would not want to go in it. It was dingy looking, very small and it was located in the back of the hotel. The location gave it an eerie vibe. We loved Savannah and would go back, but we would not stay at this hotel again.
