Overall it was as expected, equal to a motel 6. The only problem was the dirty condition of the carpet in room 211, absolutely filthy. My white socks were black after wearing them in the room for one day.

Property needs a deep cleaning. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff provided an extra blanket. The bottom of the pool is in disrepair and needs attention(be careful). Breakfast was good.

Room felt damp. Bathroom door didn't close, it stuck. There was obvious water damage, predominately in the bathroom/shower area. Housekeeping removed towels in morning and did not replace them.

We chose this hotel because it had an 8.2 rating. They lied. The room was less than clean. greasy hand prints on headboards, toilet wouldn't flush, fridge was luke warm, mattress were old and could feel the springs. We went to the gym. There were 3 pieces of equipment and the treadmill was broken. We went to the pool. Someone threw chicken nuggets and chips all over the deck area. The pool itself had potholes on the bottom in need of repair. Lastly, when we went to breakfast, everything was gone but 3 little donuts or we could make a waffle. We stayed 2 nights, Our room wasn't cleaned after the first night. We had to go find someone to get clean towels. The picture of the suite shows 2 TVs. Nope ! Only one on a swivel that you can't see when sitting on the couch and chair area.

It smelled musty and the room had a lot of stains and a weird smell. The linens were clean, but I was afraid for my feet to touch the ground because there were red (looked like vomit) stains all over the carpet. Bathroom wall texture was falling off and moist. Lots of water damage. Evening Staff was not friendly or helpful. Morning staff (5 am) was helpful and friendly. I think maybe they were renovating, but I happened to stay in a room that wasn’t renovated yet. Only other thing that was scary was there were people that kept trying to come in off the street to use the restroom. As a single woman, I didn’t feel very safe. The good thing was there was a lot of space in the rooms.

The sofa bed was bolted shut so it couldn't be folded out, the room and hotel had a weird smell, the front desk said they had no extra blankets, breakfast was disgusting, room was rundown and dirty, lobby was dirty and smelly, bed was uncomfortable, no towels at the pool, pool had cracks and was very rundown, no handrail down the steps into the pool, elevator was gross and hot.
