Overall my stay wasn’t terrible. I was in town for a golf tournament & I feel like I overpaid for what I got. The bed wasn’t very comfortable & the laundry machine did not work so I wasn’t able to do my laundry. Overall the room was nice. I thought the tvs were going to be Roku tvs but they were not. So I had to just use my laptop, not a big deal but still a bit of an inconvenience. The staff was nice & helpful. They refunded my money for the laundry that didn’t work. The pool was nice too. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad but not worth $175 per night.

The property is under construction as they are remodeling. Although they try to limit noise and keep the property clean, our room had no baseboard and no vending/ice machines on our floor. They should let people in advance that they are remodeling.

They are under renovation and never indicated as such. Any hotel under Reno should indicate that on their site so we can decide to go there or book another place. It was messy dirty and smelly. I know we have a small dog so we received a pet friendly room ( for 75 USD 😡) but this one was the worst. We slept in our clothes and won’t ever be back.

The property is under renovation but that’s not an excuse for the badly stained carpet and furniture in the room. These stained items don’t appeared to have been cleaned in a while. The desk office chair was in poor condition. It has to be replace. The common areas are super dated. I hope they haven’t been renovated yet. One good thing was the mattress. Comfortable. Staff were super nice.
