Tried to charge me the price of the room even though it was prepaid. There is a $35 parking fee and they charged me for 2 cars. I went to the front desk to ask about the $70 charge and they told me it was because they thought I had two cars but they only gave me one parking pass so that’s obviously not true.

Nice stay!
Nice stay. Mattresses need to be replaced. Drain backed up in shower. These issues didn’t take away from our trip. Breakfast was good. Customer service was A1. Would stay again!

The lady at the front desk was fantastic! The rooms are a little tired. The furniture needs replaced. It’s got lots of stains and the beds aren’t the most comfortable, but it was a good stay.

This property is well kept. The rooms are clean, large and have plenty of space. We appreciated the in-room refrigerator and microwave, and the small market for snacks and beverages in the lobby. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean. This property is on the same street as two of the tours that we took which was really convenient. We visited Riverwalk which took about 15 minutes to walk to and other areas of the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The traffic at night was terrible. They placed me on the corner the main corner of a thoroughfare. They moved me the second night because of my complaining. It was terrible for somebody. That’s a light sleeper. I mean, I would have to be drunk not to hear it.

my room on the third floor the carpet was soiled. The couch was soiled. There was blood left in the bathroom. It was a horrible experience. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay. Here is clear that the owners don't really care about this property. The carpet needs to be pulled up, and those couches need to be thrown out, especially with the dogs and the fleas

The room was clean with a coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. The first disappointment was not being told that parking in the hotel parking lot means paying an extra $35 a day on top of the hotel room cost. We were only asked if we would be parking there (not even in the garage). I wrongly assumed that the cost of the hotel came with parking in the hotel parking lot. Also disappointing was that breakfast is from 6am-10am. By 9am, they were already out of some of the cooked food and told by staff that they would not be making any more. There was still a long line of people waiting for their breakfast and no-where to sit.

Excellent location to walk around Savannah beautiful History District. Park your car in one of the two parking garages nearby then put away your key until the day you check out! Friendly staff eager to help you with information to enjoy your stay. Spacious clean room with outdoor pool, and decent free breakfast offerings. Great for families with children.
