Nice safe area. Dog friendly. Lots of area for dog walking. Bathroom vanity needed a good scrubbing under the counter. Convenient Ridge and microwave. Couldn’t change channels on the TV. Friendly staff.

This hotel was tucked in away from the highway. I saw a lot of homeless as I was exiting the highway and some areas around didn’t look very nice, so I was worried at first. This property was tucked nicely away from all of that and I felt safe. My only complaint is my room felt “damp” and there was moisture on the AC handler, which made me think it was actually “wet” in the room. Overall, a nice stay.

The stench from sewer was so bad that it woke me up at 2 am and I never went back to sleep. The breakfast staff said that it gets so bad in the kitchen that they have to leave.

I booked a room for 5 people i got a room with 2 beds no sofa so my teen granddaugther slept on the floor..3 towels For 5 people..1 bottle of shampoo a inch high for 5 people..no pool with 98 degrees outside..there was pubic hair in the shower and hair on the soap dish.plus i got charged 75 dollars extra for a 5.5 pd dog in case of damage..really? Horriable. Stay away save your money!!

The hotel was fine. The room was clean and bathroom was too. Our issues are completely related to staffing. Upon check in, the lady behind the desk was rude completely put out that she had to check us in. We had a minor issue we had to call the front desk for once we were settled and that person was also very rude. Then in the morning, we were eating a quick breakfast and the staff stocking breakfast was also rude and not helpful. The one lady we interacted with for a second, went to the back. Her and her friends were laughing and cutting up so loud they could be heard in the lobby. Then she comes out from the back and glares at us while we're getting food.
