The hotel is very pretty no issues and enjoyed the stay Everyone was more than hospitable will stay here again for sure!! I only wish the parking was not $45 but this is honestly the price for hotels around the downtown area we found out.

The hotel was lovely and clean - but our room was EXTREMELY loud. Our room was located directly over Bay Street, with very loud trucks coming through ALL night and exuberant partiers loudly “celebrating.” We were woken SO MANY times by loud vehicles. The inordinately loud AC in our room almost helped drown out some of the noise but it was an issue in and of itself given how loud it was. Great location to stay as long as you make sure you’re not on the Bay Street side of the hotel.

It was a ok hotel . I was disappointed about the parking . It was 45.00 per day to park or you will have to find a parking spot and have to pay every time you leave . 😡 I'm not at Disney lol . Found out as we were walking from hearing from the trolley guide that after 600 pm Saturday it's free parking every where . Ya it's savannah but it should be posted about parking . I paid over 300.00 for this hotel and I could of stayed somewhere nicer. Our room smelled like dirty feet !! Lol and it smelled like that when we first walked in . We bring Lysol everywhere we go and sprayed it down. Smell didn't go away . Shower was amazing. And no bar ! He told us that if we wanted we can go to the double tree to have a drink and that was across the street . Ya that was the other thing I that wrong enjoy having a drink sitting by the pool ! Didn't happen in the weather was 100 upside !

The room was terribly noisy. The ac unit came on and off all night, we could hear the ice machine from our room. No actual glasses. Very bare bones. They charge $45 plus tip for "valet parking" and a fee for our cat of $75. So almost 400 for a mediocre room. Touristy area, like South Street Seaport, if that is your jam...

Time for New Mattresses and Pillows!
Having happily stayed at MANY Hiltons, I believe I know what to expect. This stay was different in one key aspect, though: the beds! The mattress in our room was unbelievably uncomfortable and the pillows were basically worthless. Usually there’s one firm and one soft pillow per pillow set, but these were so soft and flat they were truly worthless. Every morning I woke up I was sore and unhappy with my sleep. Aside from this, the hotel was beautiful, had friendly staff, and was perfectly located for our mostly-walking visit to Savannah.

My only complaint is that sir to an odd booking situation. I had to change rooms, the room i was moved to was nicer and I technically paid for the better room. I would have preferred not to move. First world problems.

The bedding is outstanding .. this is our last hotel along are way and the bedding is by far the best out of the last three hotels !! The balcony and view is a great bonus

Our stay was nice overall. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly as were the young men. Three young woman were not friendly and didn’t raise their heads to acknowledge us or other guests as we walked in and out.
