We had two rooms and both rooms had something missing or broken or not clean. In the room that I didn’t stay the toilet wasn’t clean… disgusting! The breakfast was just ok, only apples for fruit, the juice had this particles in it as well. I won’t stay here again.

Weekend Trip
First time in Savannah, had to get something same day and for what it was - it was a pretty decent stay. Check in and check out was smooth. Beds were actually pretty comfy but I do think cleanliness could be better for the bathroom sink. You could hear a bit of noise from the other rooms but nothing disturbed us completely. Overall it did the job for what we needed on a weekend trip. Love that it was pet friendly.

Overall, the stay was pretty great and the beds were decently comfortable. It seemed a bit dated. Some of the outlets didn’t work as well as the others (outlet in the bathroom had to have the hairdryer almost falling out to work). I really liked how dark it got with the shades fully drawn which isn’t usually the case. I was also able to get the room adequately cooled and felt like I was able to breathe easier. I didn’t like the way the shower curtain tilted and caused water to spray all over the floor (shower curtain couldn’t be pulled all the way shut), and there definitely wasn’t enough towels for the room.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean especially the tub. The front desk people have bad attitudes every time I stay here, which is why I try not to bother them for anything…. And that’s sad!

Not the greatest but not the worst. The amount of money you spend here is about expected. It was ok. Bathroom almost all of the hooks and toilet paper holder was hanging by one screw. The shower head was definitely had build up. The water pressure was very weak. The window still near the ac had mold around it. There was definitely a moldy smell in the room. The walls probably need to be touched up. The staff was nice although housekeeping was a bit pushy when we were trying to pack and get ready we had two hours left before check out they kept knocking and asking if we were ready. It wasn’t far from downtown Savannah. It was quiet. It advertised as luxury which is pretty false. There’s nothing really luxury about it. We survived it. Would I come back? Nah… I think I’m ok.

OK but there is a pet fee they don’t tell you
Booker beware there is an undisclosed $53 ($50 plus somehow taxes) non-refundable pet fee “deposit” that is only revealed at check in at the hotel front desk & it’s too late to cancel & get a refund. It was just an ok hotel to stay in a pinch, but way overpriced when you have to account for an extra $53. I would not have booked here if the pet fee had been disclosed up front. And when it finally was told to me at the very last second before handing me my room keys, I was told it was refundable. Surprise 2 weeks later & it is still on my credit card statement. And no my dog did not cause any damage. Room smelled musty, none of the vending machines worked, & the elevator was out of service. The bed was probably one of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in, but I’d recommend an extra pillow! Based on what it ultimately cost me, I would not recommend.

The service here was great. The staff gave me plenty of towels when asked too. The breakfast was very limited though. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear conversations in other rooms and coming and going in the hall. Also, the place needs a good deep cleaning, the walls, desks, and shower head (need replaced). I give it a two to three stars. The service gets a four. I think thwy need extra help, new towels, and a thorough cleaning and upgrade.

The property was short staffed and didn’t have any services to the rooms during a stay. The shower in our room had water damage all around the shower head and the bathroom was not clean. Dog waste all around the exterior. The side door never latched all the way so it was accessible to the public and there were many loiterers around. Just unease during entire stay

This hotel need to be updated. It’s very old furniture in the rooms and the cleanliness was at a low. The hallways smell terrible. The only plus of this hotel was it was so close to River st. and staff was kind. I will not return to stay here.

The people working the front counter (when they were ever there) just seemed to be going through the motions and did not really care much. Once getting in the room, it was acceptably clean, and had everything I needed for the few nights I was going to be there. However, the toilet roll holder and the shower curtain rod were both just hanging off the wall. I had to rig the curtain rod so it would not fall just so I could take a shower. I did not discover it until later when I was about to shower and go to bed, but at that time, it was too late to want to switch rooms and pack all my things back up. I informed them of it in the morning, but nothing else was ever said or done about it.
