The hotel was very quaint and charming. I would request to stay on the side opposite of the parking garage as it was very active all night. The staff were very welcoming and the room was large. Very nice stay.

Poorly maintained with damaged walls, paint, doors, fixtures throughout. Mold in restroom. Terribly noisy with a busy street, parking garage, boisterous activity, and loud cars until after 4 am. 1-2 star hotel at best. Over priced. The only redeeming quality is the location.

The planters inn definitely has a cute historic charm to it. The staff working during our stay were incredible. Super helpful and accommodating. We were able to get in our room early… and they held our bags until we were ready to head to the airport on checkout day. The hotel is a bit older, but still comfortable and clean. It just matches the historic charm of the city! Staff assisted us with all our requests and everyone was super polite!

Highly enjoyed the complimentary wine & cheese and warm cookies at night. The rooms were very quaint, attractively decorated and the bed linens were very comfortable. The staff was mostly friendly, helpful and attentive. I would have liked an offer of more fresh towels even if I turned down housekeeping. Needed water bottles in the rooms, and where was the ice?
