Convenience of location was great. My rooom was right beside the laundry room. So every morning i could hear staff rolling carts passed my room. Room had a mild odor. Bathroom was tiny. Rooms way oit of date.

The pictures onliine did not properly reflect the room we were given. The room was much smaller. The shower curtain rod was broken. The room had an awful smell. The sink countertop was cracked all the way across. The breakfast was horrible. Parking was an additional $21 per night. They never told us when checking in that we had to request our room to be cleaned. Would highly NOT recommend this to anyone.

There were only 2 positives- it was in the historic district and room had a refrigerated. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for - condition/age of the rooms/hotel. My curtains had holes in them, toilet ran if I didn't remember to jiggle the handle. Hotel rooms need a refresh - Rooms all open to the outside (very noisy) and no elevator. - No daily maid service but they did empty trash when I requested it. - breakfast was cereal, pastries or mini pancakes. No protein. Fruit was brown over ripe bananas - have to pay additional $20/day to park at hotel and the fact.

Did not like condition of the room. Eggshell crumbs on the floor. There was several weeks of dust around the microwave. And crud on the bathtub. Staff failed to bring towels when requested. Not sure they cleaned the bathroom when we requested. On the positive side the beds were very comfortable and the shower water was hot. We wont be back.

Very sketchy looking place. Outside was beat down and scary looking. However, it was very convenient to River St and all the places we wanted to go. Room was decent, bed very comfortable. Staff not very friendly, everyone looked pissed off! We paid cash and had to leave a $100 deposit and when we checked out they couldn't find our deposit! Was resolved though. Probably would not stay there again due to the look of the outside. Also had to pay $21/day for parking. Have NEVER had to pay to park at a hotel!!

Perfect location
Location was perfect, literally a flight of stairs from the water. Room condition was about as expected for the price / location, but had some minor issues with the AC in the room the first night. Maintenance seemed to fix the issue for our purposes on the second day and after that everything was fine.

If I could rate the hotel itself and the cleanliness it would be an ZERO! Its smells like pee on the staircases, and by the room doors. Inside the rooms were severely dirty. I rented 2 rooms. 1 was infested with spiders, and dirty. Liquor bottles behind the dressers. The 2nd room was Beyond filthy! There was no way someone cleaned them. I reported all of this within minutes of our arrival and was told she’d make note of this. She refunded my parking fee of $21.00. I didn’t want a refund I WANTED THE ROOMS CLEANED. A guy came to the room and just gave us more towels. No one ever came to clean. Day 2 .. We ended up leaving early to go back home because my grand babies were bitten up by spiders. I again went to the front office to report everything. The staff did refund my money, and they did call someone from corporate to assist which I did appreciate. My impression of Savannah has completely changed. We will not be returning. Our family vacation was terrible! I will take this complaint as far as i can take it because this has to change. No family should ever have to experience this.

Quality Inn Savannah STAY AWAY
We would not stay at this hotel again. The shower floor was very dirty while the shower ceiling had paint chips about to fall off. The floor felt very dirty and grimy and the room was not cleaned well if at all before our arrival. The door had dripping stains as from a spilled drink that were not wiped dow òThere was a dirty t shirt from a previous guest on the ironing board. The TV shorted out when we plugged the iron into the power strip and again when it was unplugged. Also, the iron dripped while being used. All of this showed an obvious lack of caring about providing a clean comfortable experience. We would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their Savannah visit.
