Health Code Violations
Room 139 has BLACK MOLD growing on ceiling. The toliet would not flush, used the one in lobby. The light in the bathroom did not work, light over sink did not work. I have contacted the Health Department about the Black mold. You will not feel safe at any point during your stay.

worst hotel I’ve ever stayed! Horrible! horrible pillow, horrible bed! You wake up with back pain neck pain! bathroom horrible! tap to wash the hands only worked hot and was impossible to brush your teeth and still you have to pay $25.00 to leave your car in the parking lot. that was also an absurdity

This is a standard motel so don't expect anything fancy. That said, it was clean and the location is exceptional. The rooms have a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my freezer packs for my cooler in the kitchen. Having a continental breakfast included was also super convenient. There is a $25 parking fee per night, which was unexpected, but most places charge for parking. There's also a $40 per night incidentals fee that is refunded if nothing is damaged in the room after your stay.

Clean and comfortable but noisey
Room was clean and comfortable. Located on a very busy corner close to everything, which means noise also. So if you are a light sleeper, i dont recommend. But we walked everywhere but Tybee beach and enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast wasnt anything to write about we ate else where each day. Annndddd the parking fee was a surprise hidden in the fine print. Over all.. good stay.

Comfortable for an easy get away
The facility is dated especially compared to the newer hotels around it. It is obvious, in the rooms, that work is being done to update things (certain that is a never ending process). Furnishings newer and newer tile work obvious in the bathroom. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and the room was very quiet at night. Since we really just needed a place to sleep it was perfect.

You get what you pay for….
Understand you get what you pay for…. We choose the Quality Inn because of the location and PRICE. First impression of hotel was it was old and dirty. The person checking us in was rude and said if you don’t like it change hotels. She insisted we had to pay a parking fee. I was not aware of this and still can’t find it on my reservation. The room was old with an uneven floor and carpet that felt and left our socks very dirty. The sink would not drain properly. Breakfast the first day was good with a truly lovely person taking care of breakfast and the front desk expect little in the breakfast area though. The second day breakfast was found dirty, pancake machine out of mix which I know was not true because fedex delivered pancake mix the day before as I was standing there with the front desk person. In addition they were out of many things and milk was sour. This hotel is a 2 star maybe less. However, location and price was key to our trip.
