Tolles Wochenende
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus, welches sehr großzügig geschnitten ist. Das kniehohe Unkraut hat schon etwas gestört. Oberflächlich war alles sauber, aber wenn man genau hingeschaut hat, dann sah es etwas anders aus. Das Haus liegt auch nicht direkt am See. Es ist durch eine sehr viel befahrene Straße vom See getrennt. In der Gegend würde ich jederzeit wieder Ferien machen, ab ob ich das Haus nochmal buchen würde, bezweifle ich.

Perfektes Gruppenhaus
Hat genau unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Für eine große Gruppe genau das Richtige. Handtücher und Bettbezüge müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Das wäre für die Zukunft noch das i-Tüpfelchen.

Zustand des Objektes
das Objekt ist schön gelegen und sehr geräumig, zum Teil mit komfortabler Möblierung. Leider nicht gut gereinigt, Spülmaschine ungepflegt, Wasserabfluss in den Duschen verstopft, Ameisen in Küche Lebensmitteln und auf den ausgelegten Tierfellen, Spinnen und Spinnweben , Fenster länger nicht gereinigt. Kein spontaner Service zur Mängelbeseitigung möglich. Wohnung im Souterrain im Kellermodus mit Schimmelgeruch. Leider auch kaum schließende Türen , Schlafräume teilweise ohne Türen . Insgesamt kann man für den Mietpreis ein deutlich gepflegteres Objekt erwarten .

Tolles Haus für mehrere personen!
Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dem sehr schönen Haus, das sich hervorragend für große Gruppen eignet. Einziges Manko: es ist nicht direkt am See, wie dies in der Beschreibung dargestellt ist. Es gibt keine direkten See-Zugang. Der eine der beiden Seen ist nur über eine Straße zu erreichen. Was jedoch schlussendlich nicht schlimm war weil wir lieber zum 5 Autominuten entfernten Strand in Scharbeutz gefahren sind.

We were a party of 8 friends going for a weekend trip to Hansa Park so this house looks like it could suit our needs with its 6 bedrooms. I will not point out the good part because I’m limited in how much I can write here but there is good part as the distance to things and the area. The house is in the high price end, so I had a bit of a high expectation to the house and got disappointed. I had a bit of conversation with the host over mail but had not gotten any information about access but when I wrote and told me about my concert, he wrote: “Do not understand me wrong, but if I will give you the code for the keybox today, I cannot control if you will already check in in to the house today .” !! At 3pm on the day of arrival, I then received the information just one hour before our reservation start - AND IN GERMEN !! (which was corrected when I asked for it. When we arrived at the hour the code for the keybox was fine, but it was verry difficult to open main door and we were shore the keys was wrong. Luckily, I got the door opened after some time with a lot of hassle. On the terrace there was 2 very powerful light (to keep thieves away I guess), it was impossible for us to find a switch for them, so it was not pleasant to sit on the terrace. On the basement flow the door to the bathroom was made of almost fully transparent glass, we had to use a blanket over the door to get some privacy. In another bedroom, where was a bathroom inside. That bedroom had a keylock, but the access to that bathroom did not have a door at all, so smells could flow directly into the rest of the bedroom. The bathroom door on the 1st flow did not stayed closed. Basement shower had a drain what was clogged so that water flowed all over. We were asked to sort the waste into 4 types but where was only one garbage can in the house Blinds in the windows to the terrace did not cover the whole window so where what bright light from the terrace all night. I wrote to the host several times about these things, especially around the shower, but he has never contacted me back and this is now 12 hours since we left the house and I have still not heard anything. Because of all this and because the price of the house indicates a higher quality, I can unfortunately only give low rating in this review. I am very disappointed with the host and his lack of addressing the issues and am glad we only had to be there for 2 days.

Schöne Unterkunft für ein Wochenendurlaub
Wir haben das Haus mit 10 Personen für ein Wochenende gemietet. Die vorherige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos - schnelle Rückmeldung und sehr freundlich! Check-In war unkompliziert und wir konnten spontan auf Nachfrage bereits um 13Uhr das Haus beziehen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich und auch der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Lage am See gefiel uns sehr gut.

Bestens für Gruppen
Wir hatten uns für dieses Objekt entschieden, da wir mit einer Gruppe von Freunden reisten. Das Objekt bietet innen wie außen alles was man braucht. Durch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Kellers konnten wir schöne Abende verbringen. Scharbeutz ist gut zu Fuß oder Taxi zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell, direkt und unkompliziert.

Tolles Haus unweit der Ostsee
Perfekte location für eine längeres Wochenende oder längeren Urlaub mit Freunden, man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause! Finde vor allem das Badezimmer im 1. OG sehr schön und der Billiard Tisch für eine schöne Zeit im Haus (bei schlechtem Wetter) ist wirklich toll!

Super Haus an der Ostsee
Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten. Man ist schnell am Strand in Scharbeutz, hat vor der Tür einen See, an dem man spazieren kann und auch der eigene Garten bietet viel Platz für Aktivitäten und einfachem entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Schönes Ferienhaus - gerne jederzeit wieder
Das angebotene Ferienhaus war ideal für unseren Wochenendtrip an die Ostsee. Das Haus ist schön groß und bietet sowohl im Haus als auch draußen im Garten viel Platz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch möchten uns für den unkomplizierten und einfachen Check-In bedanken. Man hat hier einen netten Ansprechpartner als Vermieter, der wenn man noch Fragen hat, schnell zu kontaktieren ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Der Hausmeister fehlt.
Ein sehr schönes und mit vielen, liebevollen Details eingerichtetes Objekte das eigentlich auch hohen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Leider finden sich überall Kleinigkeiten, die Instandgesetzt werden müssen. Nichts gravierendes, alles funktioniert, aber es trübt trotzdem den ansonsten tollen Gesamteindruck.

Perfektes Haus für ein Wochenendtrip unter Männern
Wir haben in der Unterkunft mit 12 Personen einen Junggesellenabschied gefeiert. Die Location war für diesen Zweck ideal ausgestattet und großzügig. Hier und da (z.B. Küche und Badezimmer) könnte das Haus allerdings ein paar Reparaturen gut vertragen. Das hat dem Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch getan.

Bilder sagen eben nicht immer die Wahrheit
Sieht auf den Bildern wesentlich besser aus, als es in Wahrheit ist. Wir empfanden es als Renovierungsbedürftig und an mehreren Stellen auch Reparaturbedürftig. Für ein Wochenende kann man über vieles hinwegsehen, aber für ein längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Nach erfolgter Reservierung und Bezahlung wurde der Preis noch einmal erhöht da sich die Reinigungspauschale wohl erhöht hat. Das fanden wir sehr ungewöhnlich, hatten aber so kurzfristig keine andere Möglichkeit als zu zahlen. Leider gab es zu der erfolgten Beschwerde vom Hauseigentümer keine Stellungnahme. Schade, der Kontakt vorher verlief problemlos...
