Es ist eine sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsküche...aber total ungepflegt und unsauber...schade ,dass es auch im Aussengelände so gammelt...könnte gemütlich sein,wenn es sauber und gepflegt wäre.

Als wir den Code hatten war alles gut. Wenn man vor der Tür steht und kommt nicht rein, weil der Code fehlt, ist dass doof. Angeblich war keine eMail-Adresse hinterlegt, wo der Code hätte hingeschickt werden konnte, aber alles wurde digital geregelt per eMail. Der Code wäre auch nur dann erforderlich, wenn man auserhalb der offiziellen Zeiten (15:00Uhr bis 0:00Uhr) eincheckt, aber um 18:00 Uhr war keiner da. Über Umwege hatten wir eine Telefonummer bekommen. Fazit: Eine Handy-Nr. und der Code sind wichtig, darauf achten / nachfragen, dass man diese hat, dann ist alles gut.

So ziemlich alles gut
Schönes Konzept, gute Zimmer mit grossem Bad. In der Gemeinschaftsküche war alles da, um selbst zu kochen. bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (keine Handtuchhaken im Bad, eine Couch voller Krümel, kein Behälter für Plastikmüll) war alles in Ordnung. Die Mail mit dem Einlasscode kam etwas spät, da kam leichte Panik auf. Wir waren allerdings auch eine Stunde vor dem angekündigten Termin da.

Wir sind total enttäuscht, wie man so mit Gästen umgehen kann, zumal wir vorhatten, eine schöne Unterkunft für weitere Aufenthalte des HeideParks und/oder der Lüneburger Heide zu finden.Als ich auf die Toilette gehen wollte und den Klodeckel öffnete, viel die komplette Klobrille herunter, es fehlte die komplette Vorrichtung, um sie überhaupt befestigen zu können (siehe Bilder). Daraufhin versuchten wir mehrmals einen Mitarbeiter der Pension telefonisch zu erreichen. Nach mehrfachen Anrufen und auf dem Anrufbeantworter sprechend, ging endlich jemand ans Telefon. Das Telefonat verlief jedoch erfolglos. Der Mann am Telefon teilte uns mit, dass er nicht in der Gegend sei und war total überfordert mit der Situation. Er versprach uns im Laufe des Abends zurückzurufen, dies erfolgte jedoch nicht. Unsere versuche ihn erneuert zu kontaktieren scheiterten. Wir sind immer noch geschockt von so einem unprofessionellen und nicht Gäste orientierten Verhalten. Zudem ging eine Glühbirne nach Einstecken des Föhnes ebenfalls kaputt (siehe Anhang). Das Bett ist das billigste vom Billigsten, man spürt die Stahlfedern beim schlafen und es ist hart.Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (ohne, Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren) es war trotz ständigem Lüften sehr stickig und heiß, die Luft stand im Raum. Zum WLAN: Das WLAN funktionierte trotzt mehrfachen ausprobieren leider nicht, anscheinend war das auf der Kreidetafel geschriebene Passwort falsch. Normalerweise steht uns eine Teilerstattung zu
