The stay was good. We were allowed an early check in which was nice. 2 of 4 elevators were down. This was HORRIBLE! The wait time to get to and from your room, from the lobby, was at a minimum at least 30 minutes the majority of the night. There was a huge Christmas party, many big sporting events on TV, and a sold out comedy show with 12,000 people across the street. We had to leave our hotel just to use the restroom. Ridiculous. Even check out was exhausting because we couldn’t get from our room to the car because of the elevator situation.

We stayed on the 16th floor. Room was clean and nice but VERY hot in the room. Could not get the temp in the room below 76°. Had to get a fan from the front desk just to be able to sleep. Also, water pressure in shower was very poor. Overall just ok experience.

I thought for the price of the holiday the beds would be way more comfortable it was like sleeping on a wood plank. The bathroom was small and the pressure was blah. Also again payings a lot of the room and then has to also pay for parking which sucks. The hotel restaurant was good but the price of that is pretty high as well.
