The room was very clean and quiet. It was a little dated and the heat in the room (the fan) ran all night - wished it was a little quieter. But there was no traffic noise. The staff who checked me in asked for my cell phone (which I completely understand) but I had to speak that info loud enough for the three other people checking to hear. She then announced that they had me on the 2nd floor and handed me my room keys with the room number showing my room to,again, everyone standing around me. It would have been nice to have a device to enter my information into so other people couldnā€™t hear that personal info. I traveled with my husband on this trip but frequently travel solo and I would have been very upset with people knowing my room number if I was alone.

Old dirty hotel. Reminds me of a slop House. The bed in the room was one of the worst I ever seen. Everything was dated. We checked out as fast as we were checked in.

No one at front desk when I checked in had to knock on office door to get help. Girl who came out seemed annoyed that I interrupted whatever she had been doing. She never apologized or even said welcome to the Fairfield just mechanically went through the check in process. I will never stay at this property again.

The hotel is older do i understand its nit in the best of shape but the bathrooms in the pool area were not cleaned overnight and nor was the weight room (which was minimally stocked). It neighbored with a very run down motel housing long term renters. I was disappointed when asking for late checkout that i was abruptly told no since i booked with third party. This has never happened before, usually hotels will accommodate when they can. The breakfast was good and the staff working that area were super nice and it was very clean.

Everything was great about the hotel. There was a staff member who went around to everyone at breakfast and said hello. I didn't get her name. She was very warm and friendly. I hope she is recognized for her kindness

Main entrance is not easy to find if you're not familiar. When entering the parking lot, stay to the right and drive all the way around to the back. If you go to the left, it's a long way around and it can be crowded with cars and people from the other place.

Donā€™t do to many reviews but had to this 1!!! Room was ā€œNON SMOKINGā€ but smelt like cigarettes & feet, there was womenā€™s hair in tub & menā€™s hairs in sink, the blankets & sheets werenā€™t tucked in the bed, and they were badly wrinkled. Now although these were my issues on the negative side the positives were an easy check in process, PLENTY of parking around hotel, and many options at breakfastā€¦ would I stay again NO, but did wanna point out both positive and negative from my stay
