Honeymoon Concert Hotel
We came for one night for a concert for Halloween and when we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was awesome. He was dressed up in costume which was so cool, checked us in in less than 5 mins, we requested an early check in and they accommodated us perfectly. The room was super clean, very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice! I recommend adding the breakfast for your stay, it was delicious! We love this hotel and will be back again!

Everything was great with the hotel until the morning. The cleaning staff slammed every door against the deadlock which bounced the slamming door multiple times. This started at 8:30 each morning and was insanely loud each and every time!!!

staff - Soni and Hope (front dining staff) and Johnathan (front desk) were the stars of our stay - room was cleaned, though horrible- didn't change sheets, dusty, no Kleenex and no vac. - partner had a fall in the shower - built in grit to provide traction on base of tub has worn significantly - rendering it both useless and unsafe. She was unaware of either condition - somehow just scrapes and bruises as she literally fell out of the tub while trying to regain balance/position. Contacted front desk before dawn the next morning and despite Johnathan being very professional and empathetic, nothing changed. I asked for a simple bathmat for the tub for the remainder of our stay and nothing was generated upon our return later that afternoon. It was then that we discovered our room was still dirty - despite having been tended to. I really felt as if I was on Candid Camera back in the late 70's at this point. Hope, (Bisto) and Soni (AM Breakfast) are who saved Youse from a poor rating. So ya, that was rough - the accident of course, though an unplanned event it was indeed - the overall lack of response, follow up and ultimate remedy - was less than ideal. Perhaps room 326 will receive some much needed safety upgrades, coupled with a review of bathroom safety for all units. The built in traction surface for tubs becomes compromised over time - and the time has come right? Thanks for reading - not throwing stones - just a review. Mike

Very nice hotel Was very surprised because of the reasonable price that it was so comfortable and clean. On our trip we stayed at a Hilton that we paid $245 for, and I must say that this hotel was so much more clean ,the bed was way more comfortable,and the staff was way better. We will definitely come back to this hotel .

Unfortunately housekeepong missed the prior guest's underwear from the bathroom and the TV remote was obviously broken. But they quickly replaced it.

The room was. Clearly not vacuumed or not vacuumed well. Floor in room was stained with red juice (I hope it was juice) Found food on the floor as well. I was only there for one night too tired to complain to the front desk. Took a 6am lukewarm shower, that was a real treat of my stay. It’s about what you can expect from a Holiday Inn. Not my first choice, but what are you going to do.
