The property is conveniently located but we booked through Expedia and the room said it slept four. Upon arrival it very clearly only slept two. The front desk was really great but housekeeping needs training on appropriate behavior We had been traveling for a week and about 6 hours that day And we're just ready to settle. We ended up having to change rooms which was double the price. Called a presidential suite The pull-out sofa in this room was absolutely horrendous. They had no extra blankets. There was mold all over the double shower. The two extra blankets they dropped off looked like random throws. They pulled it up somebody's car.. One was covered in white residue and the other was actually crusty. All of the furniture in this suite is old and scratched up with Large areas of paint missing. The woodlands used to be known as a really nice establishment. I haven't been back to the area in close to a decade and can tell it has gone downhill. We travel often And pretty regularly get Suites to accommodate our family size And I would say there was nothing presidential about this location other than a jetted tub. We were in a hurry to get on the road or else I would have asked to speak to a manager that morning before we left. I did get photos of everything

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Drove 10 hours to PA for a concert and this was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The shower had built in seats which was great since I'm disabled. If I'm ever back in this part of PA I would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay
We came to attend the 2 night Apocalypse fest, and absolutely loved the hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room had the restaurant right across from us, so it was quite easy to access! The food was great as well! We will be returning for next year's MIW fest and booking here again!
