B&B (owners live in the premises with pets)Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood right on the edge of downtown Port Perry. Within walking distance(20 minutes) to historic Downtown Port Perry, Bistros, shopping, Lake Scugog and the beach or a 5 minute drive.

Take a short walk to our neighbourhood pond and trails through the forest along a coldwater creek.
Shared balcony off the Coffee Area overlooks the neighbourhood.

Lyn is an excellent host she looks for ways to make your stay enjoyable also very knowledgable of the best places to eat in town. Lyn makes a scrumptious breakfast so her place is included in one of the best places to eat. The downtown, Scugog Lake and the park are just 4 minutes drive away. Our Paisley poodle loved their Teddy hope they can meet again for a picnic.

From the meticulously prepared breakfasts to the thoughtful touches that adorned the charmingly decorated rooms, it was evident that Lynn pours her heart into every corner of her establishment. As someone who values a good night's sleep, I was overjoyed by the plush bedding and tranquil ambiance that embraced me each night. Perfect private room and bathroom with a lovely balcony off of a kitchen with a sweet table set up, toaster oven/microwave and a mini fridge with refreshments inside A 5 minute drive down to water at Palmer Park free parking too You must have lunch at The Pantry Shelf Cafe then just beside them have a homemade Gelato I recommend staying at Willow Pond

Very nice place!!
Lynne is a great host. The house is beautiful and the breakfasts were excellent. The description of the rental units though is not clear enough. You have to Pull down menus to learn that the rental is two rooms for 4 people, BUT if your are just 2 persons and want to use separate rooms, there is an extra charge. I asked Lynne about it, she explained it and she was right. I had not searched for every detail and extra windows. Teddy, the puppy , is very friendly and cute. We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It is quiet, well located and easy to find.
