A roomy and bright Sea Ranch west meadow home, Rosebud is perfectly situated for relaxing with family and friends, to visit and enjoy some of the best coastal trails and beach access points. Just a short hike to Shell Beach, where sea lions can often be observed, and a great beach for playtime!
The two-story home is spacious, with 3 bedrooms all on the lower level (2 king beds, 1 queen, and queen size sofa bed in the living room), and lots of room to enjoy the DirectTV, read, play games and have some great meals.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen smart tv, ensuite bath with a double shower, and its own entrance to the hot tub area. The guest bedrooms are spacious and both have ocean views. The second bathroom is off the stair landing between the two levels. The open, reversed, floor plan allows for the best views and uninterrupted family time. An open and spacious kitchen, with a breakfast bar and the dining area just beyond.
The larger lower level deck includes a hot tub (in a gated enclosure), outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station, plus a charcoal grill and a private sauna. All make for easy beach-country outdoor living!
Dogs are allowed for additional $65/dog. Internet is included.

17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.

Beautiful Peaceful Sea Ranch Stay!
The visit was great. The home worked out perfectly for our family, including two cattle dogs.
-Quiet, not too busy neighborhood (typical for Sea Ranch)
-Fit 5 adults and two dogs with no problem
-Nice walk to the beach, not too far. Perfect daily jont to the beach.
-Can walk to tide pools & harbor seal viewing
-Close to lodge and the beautifully constructed chapel
-Lots of trails
-Price was fair
-Kitchen has what you will need to cook. Bring your own spices and food products.
-They had a coffee machine and Keurig. No grinder.
-Not fancy, clearly a rental, but great for a coastal visit.
-Management was friendly, responsive, and quick!
-Sauna works great!
-Having the outdoor shower was helpful and it has warm water!
-We were prepared to use the fish cleaning area but unfortunately did not have a need. No fish caught.
-Bring laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, disinfectant.
There are a couple of small things:
-No hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms. They had box of shampoo, dish washing soap, etc.
-Investing in a new kitchen broom/dust pan would go a long way.
-We were unable to use the bbq because of massive rust on the grill. That was disappointing. Getting a new screen/grill would fix the problem. The bbq itself is fine.
-The kitchen is used by a lot of people. The cabinets could use a good cleaning.
-I had to clean the oven before I used it because it was just smoking. Someone spilled oil or something inside.

Sea Ranch Rosebud
We had a great stay at the Rosebud in Sea Ranch. The house is located close to a trail to Shell Beach, spacious to comfortably house the 7 of us. The hot tub was perfect, and amazing at night time for star gazing!

Very nice house, very comfortable and roomy
Overall, we had a very nice, comfortable stay. Everyone enjoyed the house, the views and the furnishings. Just a couple of things would have made it a five star stay. We found a dirty baking pan in the oven and fry pans that needed some scrubbing. There wasn't any coffee filters--didn't think to bring those. Really wished we brought ziplock storage baggies and K cups for the coffee maker. We found wet wash in the dryer when we went dry some things. I'll know what to bring next time.
