My room had numerous lights that did not work, the AC barely worked even after adjustment. Construction noise from the floor below or above impeded rest. Food from room service was very poor. At best a hamburger that was frozen and reheated for a premium price.

I wish this property was more wheelchair/walker friendly. The roll in shower was good but there should have been more separation from the toilet because it got so wet. 3/4 of the washroom floor had water everywhere which is dangerous for elderly people. My mom uses a walker and it was quite scary with no bars by the toilet and with the super wet floor from the open shower. I just think it was poorly designed. It would be practical to have a separation/division like a shower curtain to avoid the bathroom floor and toilet from getting wet and also preventing a hazardous slippery floor.

We stayed at the Hilton supposed to have city view we had park lot view this one . Second the bathroom door was getting stock we ask to get it fix no one cared . Bathroom set flood . The smell on the carpet was bad we stayed at room 311 also when I called the guest service to ask for something around the area the other staff make fun and I heard them never again booking with them bad experience

Room was great. Checkin experience was not. I already shared my experience with front office supervisor and he shared his investigation results. If the front desk staff had shared differnce between my room type and others who got their room right the way, the experience would have been much improved.

the room did not look like the pictures the room really needs to be renovated the sheet on my bed was dirty there was a brown/yellow stain. I could not close my bathroom door because it was broken the ventilation in the bathroom was full of dust and did not work. the ac did not work. it was windy but not cold and very slow. I am disappointed because for a hotel like this it should be better.
