I was told I could check in early and they would call me when the room was ready. They checked me in immediately because they had a room available. When I entered the room it wash occupied and I was shocked that I did not get killed for entering another persons room. I was very shaken to say the least but they eventually got us another room but it was not the same accommodations as I reserved. I reserved one room two queen beds. The replacement room was two rooms and two beds. The room was not very clean with black mold lining the windows and the windows were really dirty. Bathroom door seemed broken, missing parts to remotes and the shower was under pressured. The water in the shower has very little pressure. Tried to store a frozen yogurt bar in freezer only to find out it would keep them frozen. Toilets are to low to the floor. Bed blankets had rips and or tares in them. I felt dizzy in the room and my wife ended up throwing up. It had a gas fireplace but I think the gas was shut off because there wasn't a pilot light. Probably won't return

You can't get better than a beach front room. Our dog passed away durring out stay and the staff could not of been more gracious! The are super pet friendly! Your pets get their own goodie basket. They leave some nice little touches in the room for you when you arrive. Our room had a mini kitchen, nice size mini fridge, microwave, keurig with lots of tea and coffee pods. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! Stay here if you will be visiting Seaside. Everything is within walking distance. Thank you Ebb Tide for a wonderful stay and your kindness!

carpeting in hallway seemed dated-the interior of the elevator was very poor-obviously the EDGES and Corners were very dirty- they need to use a vacuum that gets into the corners and edges. Staff was very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife had some issues with the laundry facilities, which were addressed almost immediately. The gentleman at breakfast was very kind and helpful. We only stayed overnight on a longer trip, but would stay there again. Loved the beach access.
