Cozy Cove Cottage is a perfect getaway while staying in iconic Seaside. This modern home is conveniently located near the beach and Promenade and is packed full of amenities for either staying in or relaxing at the end of a busy day.

As you enter you will find the living room that features a gas fireplace, Smart TV and a DVD player. To the left a dining table for six leads into the kitchen where you can whip up a gourmet meal using this well-equipped kitchen. This home features a Keurig, so don’t forget your favorite k-cups. Located off the kitchen you will find the washer and dryer.

This home has three comfortable bedrooms as you go down the hall. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom, with an additional bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

When enjoying time in the fenced backyard, use the onsite grill to prepare a meal or relax around the fire-pit. In the garage you will find a Foosball table, which is a great way to pass the time during one of Seaside liquid sunshine days.

This home is the perfect getaway to enjoy a modern touch of class.

I believe it was a good property but have many ideas of things that could make it great, like fixing broken things etc. In particular, we gathered with friends who have lived and travelled all over the world, as have we. They felt it was over-priced and subpar.

Seaside Summer Spot
Loved getting to stay in this newly renovated neighborhood home! We’ve been coming to Seaside annually for years and this may be my favorite rental yet. The street is quiet and the neighbors are kind. Games and bikes were nice amenities. Solid internet connection. Comfy beds. Would love to return in the future!
