I had an unbelievably crazy day and arrived very late. The young man there at the reception desk was so very nice. He welcomed me with professionalism, efficiently and offered me every opportunity to help. The room itself was wonderfully furnished with the best of everything I needed. But the mattress and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. I highly recommend staying when in the SeaTac area!

Finally a hotel that charges ZERO extra for pets! Rooms are small but clean and adequate. The lobby is awesome! BIGspace with bar and food, 2 pool tables and other games. Gas fireplace. Gives you a reason to actually leave your room. Very nice staff. Quick shuttle to airport. Reasonable rates.

Waited for half hour for the shuttle, watching vans from other hotels pass us by. When I raised the issue, I was told it was due to “traffic”. Pure nonsense. I do not much like being lied to! The so-called breakfast consists of packaged junk food, for which you pay . Never again.
